He spoke alongside Claudia Hudspeth, global lead for health and nutrition at the Aga Khan Foundation; Greg Kuzmak, director of the Climate and Health Financing Initiative at the Rockefeller Foundation; and Holy Ranaivozanany, deputy executive director at the Africa Europe Foundation.

The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 77th World Health Assembly, with opening remarks from Valerie Boulet, director of global philanthropy at the WHO Foundation, and Maria Neira, WHO director of the Department of Public Health, Environmental and Social Determinants of Health. Their insights set the tone for the discussion, emphasizing that we are at a critical inflection point in the intersection of climate and health.
